I can’t express how happy I am with the work and the service from 360 Motorsports. From explaining to why my tires were making noises, to help figure which lift was a right fit for me, to after the job was complete Jay was exceptionally helpful and caring. Would recommend anyone to this shop!

I tired to reply to your reply to you under my first review but it wouldn’t allow. Whenever we discussed the installation of the tires, you quoted me $3,800 for the barrels tires and I asked would they be installed before the weekend. However, you informed me that you would check and contact me later. Upon your return, you revised the quote to $4,200, stating that I would have the tires installed before the weekend. I agreed to pay the full amount of $4,200 upfront, as per your requirement for payment in full and you fail to meet your obligations. Unfortunately, I did not receive the tires until the following Thursday, which was a full week after placing the order. Consequently, I should not have incurred additional shipping costs. When I inquired about receiving a refund for the shipping expenses, you provided a false explanation. You claimed that the tires were dropped off at your shop, and the Sealer was dropped off at an old location two hours away in Charleston, South Carolina. However, this is an obvious lie, as the sealer would have been delivered with the rims. You have consistently attempted to justify any expense to retain every dollar you can. I informed you that I would

Jay and Jayven of 360 were epic when it came to putting my wheels and tires together. It’s no wonder they are highly recommended in the areas. I’m new to the MB region and being a car guy myself who strongly takes pride in my DIY skills, am no stranger to letting the pros do what they do. But, I am very picky when looking for service. Lucky for me the contacts I have made steered me in the right direction and 360 is top notch. The availability to get you in the door was simple. The team is personable and professional. The shop is clean, easy to locate, and the guys show you around. A few questions on the fitment and sizing is all it took and I left my wheels and tires in good hands. When they were ready the guys helped me load them up (same as helping me unload) and while this may seem trivial to some, I take notice to a lot…my wheels were CLEAN! You know at times you may find left over grease or materials that allows for the install to move easily? There wasn’t a hint of that on my wheels or tires. They were handed off as if ready for display. That really caught my attention. I thanked them for their time and after installing and driving I noticed the balancing was sp

Jay & Crew did a excellent job on my 2025 TRD Tacoma from start to finish. They are easy to deal with and work out when to get it to the shop. His son and crew do top notch work and make sure your lift kit and vehicle is right. I am very happy with them and recommend them if your living in area or from out of town. I will be using them for future work.
